Grade 12 University English consolidates literacy and communication along with the creative and critical thinking skills necessary for success in both academic and daily life.

During the ENG4U course, students analyse a range of challenging literary, informational, and graphic texts from various periods, countries, and cultures. They will also create oral, written, and media texts in a variety of forms.

The ENG4U curriculum has three main focuses:

1. Clear and confident use of academic language
2. Purpose of reading and reading strategy
3. Developing greater writing control

MHF4U extends students’ experience with functions. Students will investigate the properties of polynomial, rational, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions.

This course provides an overview of the importance of international business and trade in the global economy and explores the factors that influence success in international markets. Students will learn about the techniques and strategies associated with marketing, distribution, and managing international business effectively. 

This course allows students to deepen their understanding of chemistry through the study of organic chemistry, energy changes and rates of reaction, chemical systems and equilibrium, electrochemistry, and atomic and molecular structure.

This course builds on students’ previous experience with functions and their developing understanding of rates of change. Students will solve problems involving geometric and algebraic representations of vectors and representations of lines and planes in three dimensional space.
